Changed my countdown.  We are leaving for NZ on 5 February 2012 with the hope that we realise our dream and secure a job in NZ enabling us to settle there.  This will be a make or break trip but one which will be worth while I am sure.

Good company!

Our trip to Kos was fab, the hotel, food, weather and company were excellent.  Now feel as though my batteries have been recharged.

My daughter has just qualified as a nurse!  She is a star and I am so proud of her.  Not sure where the 3 years have gone and a bit scary to think she is a nurse and may be coming at me one day with a needle.  But I hear she is good!

Today we take off for Auckland on our fact finding trip.  Just busy passing the time till its time to go to the airport. Fortunately it is a lovely day and the washing is out so I am a happy bunny.  Booked myself a massage to relax me so looking forward to that.

Next big step!

Just applied for my first job in NZ.  Fingers crossed it seems to be perfect but nothing is.  News is job search is going to get harder with all the problems in Christchurch but if it is meant to be it will be.

We also have a new addition to the family another granddaugher Faye born just over a week ago.  Lovely wee soul and very content.

Just heard Lynn has passed her exams so chuffed for her after all her hard work.  Just about there now only placements and one more essay to go - fingers crossed!
